Position overview

 

As a Specialist, Global Employee Operations Administration, you will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle administration activities across multiple regions within the global employee operations function. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of HR-related transactions by maintaining high data quality, resolving complex cases, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

As a key member of the global end‑to‑end employee operations team, this role plays an essential part in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a consistent employee experience.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Executing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires and onboarding, employee data maintenance and verifications, movements, compensation changes, separations, and offboarding, in line with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day employee operations queries, resolving complex or escalated cases and providing analysis where required.
  • Ensuring accurate record‑keeping and documentation in accordance with organizational standards, SOPs, SOX, and local regulatory requirements where applicable.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes impacting employee lifecycle processes for assigned countries or locations and ensuring compliant execution.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and performance.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders while supporting ad‑hoc projects as needed.

 

What we’re looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, employee administration, or a related functional area.
  • Proven experience managing complex or escalated employee lifecycle cases.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data accurately and confidentially.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose process improvements.
  • Experience working with SAP or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, accountable mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.
