Position overview:

The role of the Shared Services Analyst is to execute a sub process within a business process area. In completing daily actionable steps, the Analyst completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process. Analysts are critical to the successful operation of Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high-performing member of the end-to-end process team. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing operational processes in line with standardized procedures and guidelines
• Participating in end-to-end process activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies through data analysis and root cause investigation
• Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day operational topics, including issue resolution and stakeholder communication
• Collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
• Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with internal controls, SOPs and SOX/regulatory requirements
• Supporting audit activities and ensuring compliance within the area of responsibility
• Contributing to team performance through collaboration, knowledge sharing and support on additional tasks or projects

What are we looking for?

• University Degree (Faculty of Economics or similar).
• Preferable 2-3 years of working experience in finance area in international environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Microsoft office (advanced knowledge of Excel) and good knowledge of SAP.
• Capability of working in dynamic and fast pace environment communicating with various stakeholders while delivering required goals.
• Analytical and detail-oriented person, with focus on achieving results.
• Self-starting and initiative-taking person with strong communication skills.
