Position overview:
The essential purpose of the function is to execute and support specific sub-processes within the Shared Services function, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services. The role acts as a subject matter expert, resolving complex issues, supporting end-to-end process execution, and contributing to process improvements while ensuring high-quality service for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing operational processes in line with standardized procedures and guidelines
- Participating in end-to-end process activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies through data analysis and root cause investigation
- Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day operational topics, including issue resolution and stakeholder communication
- Collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
- Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with internal controls, SOPs and SOX/regulatory requirements
- Supporting audit activities and ensuring compliance within the area of responsibility
- Contributing to team performance through collaboration, knowledge sharing and support on additional tasks or projects
What are we looking for?
- University degree (BA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Finance or similar operational environment
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or JDE
- Understanding of shared services processes and continuous improvement mindset
