Position overview:
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior HR Functional Analyst to drive the success of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role bridges HR, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience and ensure data integrity across the Hire to Retire lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enhancements and defects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Employee Central by providing guidance on system capabilities and best practices, while effectively communicating how system enhancements impact business processes across the organization.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather/document solution requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Manage system upgrades and releases including socializing pending changes with Business Teams.
- Remain up to date on technology trends, opportunities, compliance, and regulatory requirements within a defined capability/service delivery area.
- Manages AMS consultants to ensure timely resolution of issues, successful implementation of system changes, and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate data governance meetings and working sessions.
- Manage assigned initiatives for the H2R Data Governance Roadmap and drive them to completion.
- Design, implement, and enforce data quality audits.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor data quality metrics.
- Review and approve Role-Based Permission requests to ensure alignment with established security policies and access control standards.
Experience and skills required:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Extensive job related experience in areas such as project coordination/management, analyzing data, gathering requirements, translating requirements into solutions, and implementing solutions
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors and/or other Core HR Solutions
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
- Fluent in English
