Position Overview:
As the Senior Financial Analyst , you’re a key member of the Finance Team, supporting Procurement & Supply Chain Execution Finance leader with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements, as well as ad-hoc analyses and ongoing budget requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to support plant performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Building financial models and analysis validation in partnership with the Innovation department
- Collaborating with the Global Operations Manager and regional finance teams on capital expenditures and cash flow forecasting
- Helping the global operations manager standardize and streamline our AFE process
- Preparing ad-hoc analyses and financial models to evaluate results, plans, and project outcomes
- Communicating with all business partners across the organization to include building presentations and oral delivery, written emails and memorandums, and informal conversations
- Acting as a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and reporting
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical ability with proven experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams
- High adaptability to evolving business processes, technologies, and accounting standards
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Hyperion Financial tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
