Position Overview 

Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, EMEA  is a key business partner to regional and global sales leadership, responsible for developing pricing strategies and commercial offers for customer negotiations across multiple EMEA markets.This is a supervisory-level individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, sound judgment, and a high level of independence. It combines strategic financial insight with hands-on, process-driven execution, including ongoing administration and maintenance of pricing models and commercial processes.The role is suited for a pragmatic, results-oriented professional who takes accountability, focuses on what matters, and is equally comfortable driving insights and executing the underlying work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a finance business partner primarily to Sales Managers and selected Sales Directors, providing actionable insights and bid analysis
• Support development of pricing strategies and commercial proposals for regional customers
• Apply strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and financial analysis to inform pricing decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal) across diverse EMEA markets and organizational levels to ensure robust and competitive commercial proposals
• Provide financial input and challenge in commercial discussions, escalating topics where appropriate
• Monitor pricing trends, compliance requirements, and their implications on customer agreements
• Ensure all pricing and bids comply with internal policies and legal guidelines
• Develop pricing inputs for budgets and financial forecasts within assigned accounts
• Own administration of pricing agreements, settlements, and hedging activities for designated customers
• Maintain, enhance, and ensure accuracy of pricing and analytical models used by the Commercial Finance team

What are we looking for?

• Minimunm 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A / Pricing or similar roles supporting strategic decision-making and business performance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to distill complex data into clear, pragmatic insights and recommendations
• Highly detail-oriented, with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on administrative tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a supervisory-level role without direct reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to challenge and influence senior business partners
• Proven experience working in cross-functional and preferably international environments
• Advanced Excel skills (essential), including data modelling, Power Query and DAX will be considered a plus
• Fluent in English
