Position overview:


As the Pricing and Contracts Analyst role business partners with regional and global key account sales leads to develop pricing and wider commercial offer strategies for customer contract negotiations. The role is also responsible for administrating and updating analysis models used by the pricing and contract team.
The position reports to the Pricing and Contracts Manager.
Key responsibilities include:

•    Cross-functional interaction with all areas of the business is required to ensure all aspects are considered in the development of commercial proposals on global key accounts and regional customers. 
•    Business partnering with sales directors and managers, carrying out bid analysis
•    Supporting development of pricing and wider commercial offer strategies for use by sales in customer contract negotiations. 
•    Use commercial acumen, market pricing / industry knowledge and informed conclusions from financial and competitive analysis for determination of pricing proposals. 
•    Responsible for considering oversight of pricing trends and compliance requirements across the region and considering the impact on pricing and commercial agreements.
•    Ensuring that customer pricing and customer bids are compliant with relevant policies and legal guidance.
•    Develop budget and financial forecast pricing for accounts within remit.
•    Administration of metal pricing agreements, maintenance and data updates to existing and new models used by the pricing and contracts team to generate analysis to input to commercial strategies and customer contract negotiations.
Experience and skills required:
•    Previous experience in a similar role within a multi-national FMCG/manufacturing company
•    Excellent analytical skills, process analysis skills, and attention to detail
•    Good knowledge of Excel and data modelling 
•    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple countries
•    Fluent in English
