Position Overview:
We are looking for a Category Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team and help drive category growth across EMEA. This is a strategic leadership role where you will develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that create value for our customers, strengthen our market position, and support organizational objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, commercial, insights, and innovation teams, you will transform consumer and customer insights into compelling category strategies and impactful campaigns that fuel growth and innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop comprehensive category marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with the Insights team to conduct market research and analyze trends and identify new opportunities for market expansion
- Build and maintain regional category POVs (market size, customer needs, competitive dynamics)
- Provide insights to support the innovation pipeline and go-to-market priorities
- Lead customer pitches and T2T engagements, creating tailored value propositions and “perfect pitches”
- Work with communications teams to design integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
- Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, commercial, finance, innovation) to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns
- Actively participate in global communities of practice, sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance against strategic objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in strategic marketing roles, with a proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting data and insights to drive decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and collaborate
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of marketing tools, software, and Microsoft Office suite
- Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies
- Proficiency in English
