Position overview:
As a Junior Specialist, Graphics Projects you will be part of the Graphics team and will report directly to the Graphics Projects Team Lead.

Key responsibilities include:
- Customer requirements (requests regarding artworks/illustrations and colors), feasibility advice, and acting as a link between the repro studio and ink suppliers to ensure that concepts comply with internal graphic guidelines and client expectations.
- Serving as a liaison between the repro studio and ink suppliers to ensure order to delivery timelines are met and the quality process is followed.
- Providing design solutions suitable for the dry offset printing process through direct communication with clients and branding agencies, as well as offering design solutions to clients through our full 360° service.
- Informing relevant key stakeholders about design receipt and progress.
- Coordinating activities related to design feasibility and design proofing according to concept research.
- Preparing customer invoices and monitoring all customer related cost activities. Cross referencing and approving studio costs according to the agreed pricing matrix.
- Adhering to all quality procedures when working with Esmart (the artwork management system) regarding data entry.
- Ad hoc projects (e.g., monitoring investment projects together with the controller), as well as other tasks according to company needs.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in a technical field (graphics, design), social sciences, or another relevant area.
- Experience in the same or a similar role.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Communicative and team oriented.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is highly desirable.
