Position overview:

The Technical Analyst-Cyber Operations provides technical expertise and support in a specialized area of IT Services (infrastructure, applications or security). This role will be responsible for studying business, functional and technical requirements and translating them into detailed design documents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, antivirus, SIEM)
• Support intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and remediation activities
• Investigate security incidents and ensure effective malware protection
• Contribute to security audits and compliance efforts
• Ensuring compliance of information systems with security standards and policies
• Participating in the design and implementation of new security controls
• Contributing to procedural documentation and continuous improvement of security processes

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in cyber security operations
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SANS GIAC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English
