Position overview:
As the Revenue Controller (EMEA), you play a key role in forecasting, analyzing, and driving a clear understanding of Sales Revenue across the EMEA region. The role partners closely with the Commercial team and plays an important role within the IBP process, while acting as critical support to the P&L Controller. Through strong analytical insight and cross-functional collaboration, this position helps ensure accurate revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue across the EMEA Sector using BIPS
- Performing monthly price, volume, and mix analysis on revenue, liaising with regional finance (LRDs) as required
- Business partnering with the Commercial team during key cycles, including alignment on pricing as part of the Forecasting process
- Supporting and interacting with the strategic FP&A team on relevant initiatives
- Preparing and issuing month-end volume reporting, including the Executive pack
- Developing a strong understanding of volume rebates and related analysis
- Managing the financial understanding and calculations related to customer metal settlements
- Executing SOX controls relevant to revenue controlling, including Entity Level Controls
- Leading and presenting IBP demand-side financial analysis
- Supporting the line manager on profitability and finance strategy activities as required
- Delivering ad-hoc FP&A-related finance tasks as needed
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience of management accounting analysis in a large, complex organisation
- Strong technical skills including SAP and Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attantion to detail
- Fluent in English
