Position overview:

This analytical Commercial role supports the structuring, analysis, and maintenance of complex and dynamic data from various internal sources across the EMEA region, enabling the enhancement of reporting capabilities. The role contributes to improving business systems, processes, and analytics  with outputs that support key Commercial decisions including business planning and market and competitor assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Enterprise Sales Pipeline data in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Team, ensuring regular validation and alignment of demand forecasts with key stakeholders.
• Support pipeline reviews by identifying data gaps and discrepancies, working with sales teams to resolve issues and provide relevant insights for business planning.
• Support the implementation and development of Power BI reporting tools across EMEA, collaborating with global teams to ensure delivery against milestones and timelines.
•  Assist in the design and automation of reports and dashboards to improve data visualization, reporting accuracy, and efficiency, while supporting Power BI adoption across the region.
•  Support the review, redesign, and maintenance of the Contracts Tracker, ensuring accurate tracking of customer contracts and migration into Power BI for improved visibility.
• Develop automated processes for Global Contract Decks, reducing manual work and ensuring consistency, in collaboration with Commercial, Commercial Finance, and Growth teams.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support Growth and Commercial teams on customer, competitor, and market topics.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commercial or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar analytical or commercial role.
• Strong experience in working with large and complex data sets, including structuring, managing, and analyzing data.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Well-organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative and confident communicator with good influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with Microsoft Access as an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with additional European languages as an advantage
