As a Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate logistics activities for Ball Aerosol Packaging while ensuring customs requirements and shipping documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. The role works closely with warehouse operations, customer service teams, transportation providers, and customs partners to support the efficient movement of goods and maintain reliable supply chain performance.

Coordinate daily logistics activities with warehouse operations and customer service teams to support efficient goods movement.

Monitor shipping requirements, prepare picking lists, and ensure timely execution of shipping plans and dispatch activities.

Prepare and manage export, customs, and shipping documentation while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Represent the company in customs-related matters and collaborate with customs brokers to implement legislative and procedural changes.

Arrange transportation, issue transport orders, track deliveries, and proactively communicate delays or service deviations.

Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate transfers to external warehouses as required.

Prepare transportation, inventory, carrier performance, and monthly operational reports, including Intrastat reporting.

Communicative English.
Min 5 years of experience in logistics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and data management.

Experience coordinating logistics, transportation, shipping, or warehouse-related activities.

Knowledge of customs processes, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external carriers, and customs partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve operational issues promptly.

Knowledge of customer service and warehouse environments is advantageous.

Work Environment: This role requires on-site presence at our Llinars del Vallès plant.

Hiring Range: 36 000 – 50 000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks. Depending on these factors, the actual offer may fall above or below the posted range.

Incentive Plan: This position is eligible to participate in Ball’s annual incentive compensation program.
