Position overview:

This role will be responsible for contributing to the success of Ball by providing excellent service to dedicated portfolio of customers using defined processes. Your mission will be to establish and maintain efficient and professional communication with clients within the framework of Ball's commercial and operational strategy, in order to consolidate and develop a good service both in the processing of clients' offers and orders, as well as in any incidents that may arise, coordinating with the different areas of the organization.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 •    Ensure optimal customer service in the sales phase, in order to streamline the design phase of new projects and contribute to the increase in sales volume and  the satisfaction of customer need.
•    Watch over the fulfillment of delivery commitments, especially in terms of dates, ensuring the proper administrative management of the entry and monitoring of customer orders and their coordination with the areas of planning, logistics, production, quality and accounting.
•    Provide continuous customer service during the post-sale phase and in general,queries, incidents, and complaints, seeking the maximum possible customer satisfaction within the framework of Ball's commercial and operational strategy.
•    Ensure correct document management customer-related.
•    Respect, comply with and promote the rules and measures of security and health, product safety and environmental safety.

 

What are we looking for?

  • The position requires knowledge at CFGS level, although extensive experience and training in the position may compensate for a lower level of education.
  • Confident Excel knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Navision desirable (or similar ERP system).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional language is a plus (German, French, Italian).
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Proactive and decisive attitude.
