Position overview:

You will be building sustainable relationship of trust with the customers by providing product and service information and resolving potential problems, and liaise with Plant personnel to ensure that communications regarding product quality and delivery are effectively shared. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

•    To create and maintain Customer matrix file and other sales functions as per SOP.

•    To maintain material specifications, order acknowledgements and customer satisfaction survey reports.

•    Creating Proforma Invoice, if required. Creating Invoice based on the delivery note.

•    Creating the documents as requested in Letter of Credit, if required.

•    Co-ordinate with the Production Planning department for scheduling based on customer’s promised delivery date.

•    Update information on delivery time, price, amount & changes as per new forcasts

•    Responsible for organizing Transportation in liaison with the Logistic team.

•    Cooperation with the Repro department at Velim, Bellagarde & Devizes.

•    Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

•    Follow up with the customers for overdue payment, credit / debit note if needed.

•    Regular communication with Customers for new artwork & development, new schedules & stock level pending for delivery;

•    Liaise with Supply Chain Team, Finance Team & Production Team to provide execellent Customer Serivce.

•    To ensure that quality standards are in compliance with ISO 9001 - 2015.

 

What are we looking for?

•    Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support.

•    Excellent communication & presentation skills.

•    Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is advantage.

•    Fluent in English & native language.
