Back End Operator

Job Summary:

Run the line production within quality can. And solve the mechanical &quality issue in his area.

Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

Production

1. Keep the machines running at high efficiency.
2. Implement the daily PM.
3. Check the materials Spec.
4. Monitor Martial consumption for BE area and record the daily form of  spray usage
5. Work on solving machines mechanical and adjustment issues with machines.
6. Record in the area logbook his shift activities and problems.
7. Efficient utilization of raw materials (oils, spray, spare parts, dies cleaning material) and record the usage format of this material and report these usages to the other relevant departments
8. Monitors feeding, spraying, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary, keeping control the quality of the product and running the machine defect-free.
9. Report production issue to team leader, and participate in analyzing the problems using problem-solving tools to solve the problems efficiently
10. Set up form rollers, plate registrations, over varnish, pressure plate on cylinders, spindle to blanket,  ink fountains for ink flow, etc., and plans for and takes immediate correction action.
11. Set up spray guns, gun alignment, over varnish, spray pressure, Neck forming machine adjustment, adjust can height, and plans for and takes immediate corrective action.
12. Other duties as assigned

Safety

1. Implement the safety guard check every shift.
2. Report any near misses he found in the area or in the plant.
3. Commitment to use the PPE's inside the plant.

Housekeeping

1. Record in the housekeeping form.
2. Keep the area clean at all times.

Authorities:

Stop or reset machines when Quality or safety problems occur, clear machine jams, and report the issues to a team leader

Chain of command:

1. Report to TL.
2. Cooperate with his colleagues on his shift
