Position overview:

ITS Analyst is a global customer-facing position for Global Application Operation Manufacturing Execution Systems. This role will be responsible for providing Systems Delivery and Operational Support to the teams in EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:

Playing a part in the integration of the team with the overall function.
Putting forward ideas on continuous improvement for the function.
Designing MES systems solution, creating functional and technical specification definition for internal use and handover to 3rd party and vendors.
Reviewing of functional and technical specifications, testing, preparation for UAT.
Implementing of approved MES systems changes and enhancements.
Identifying the preventive actions to keep the applications in operational condition and fixing root causes.
Ensuring hand-off or escalation of tickets to line managers or to the relevant resolver group in a timely manner so as not to impact the target SLA’s.

What are we looking for?

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in computer science, business administration or other relevant field required.
Experience in a similar role, providing IT support relevant to manufacturing/industrial environment.
Good knowledge of Database operation, MS SQL , C#, and general scripting.
Work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to define development specifications, document known errors and solutions for bug fixes and development.
Fluent English.
