The Systems Engineering Solutions Strategic Business Unit provides advanced systems engineering and technology applications for intelligence and information enterprises. These applications and solutions deliver enterprise data management, data analytics, modeling and simulation, and technology assessment capabilities that are used to create products that offer actionable information in support of warfighters and decision makers.

Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)


Provide LO ISR Enterprise Support to various units located at Creech AFB, NV. 


What You’ll Do:


  • Provide daily network oversight to operations, test and training personnel/students for SAP/SAR networks and systems. 
  • Support operations by enabling mission connectivity between multiple locations including, FOLs, AOCs, CONUS operational locations, and higher headquarters.
  • Provide support for mission-specific communications and network operations.
  • Enforce local Security Policy, Guidance and Directions.
  • Recommend changes to the Wing ISSO for INFOSEC policy.
  • Conduct periodic IS Self-Inspections and report results to their government organization network and/or security directors.
  • Assist Program Security Manager (PSM) and Wing ISSO with monitoring the state of health of Program Security and make suggestions for improvements as necessary.
  • Must comply with the JSIG.
  • Implement IA controls to ensure information is safe and secure.  Initiate incident reporting and post-incident status as necessary.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company.  Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.


What You’ll Need:


  • Bachelor’s and 5+ years related experience.
  • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Minimum of Associate’s degree in engineering, cyber security, computer science, IT management or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Six (6) years of experience in DoD SAP network administration and oversight is preferred.
  • Six (6) years of experience in application of the JAFAN 6/3, ICD 705, ICS 705 and the JSIG is preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain current DoD 8570.01-M certification for IAT Level II and lAM level I.
  • Minimum of four and a half (4.5) years of experience in IA management.   
  • A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • HIRING SALARY RANGE: $108,267 - $127,633 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
